I have been a member for 22 years. Every branch that I have done business with has been a very good experience. The employees are very professional and some of the nicest people you could meet. Once they know you they remember you by name. The loan department is very efficient and painlessly make request happen quickly. HORRIBLE if you want to talk to an actual person. I just spent 2 hrs on hold. I thought this was s community credit union. I bank with Bank of America also and can talk to some one in less than 10 min and get answers.
