I was referred by my real estate agent and my appointment was scheduled the day I called. I needed a few days to figure some things out and after that, I was in right away. Luke Cronin met with me and showed me a number of scenarios and options I had. He let me know everything I would need to do and everything I was looking at ahead of me. It was a relaxing, non stressful meeting that made me very optimistic. After that, I dealt over email with Suzanne Cronin, Jenny Stein, and Sandra Ressler. I was dealt with quickly and accurately. All of my questions were answered within the hour if not in minutes. I was thanked for providing documents needed. You can really tell this business is family run and they treat you like you are part of the family. I am truly thankful to have been referred to Academy at this point in my life. First, the communication (mostly by email) was very good. Quick to reply back with answers to my questions or what I needed to do as I moved along the closing process. Second, there was an option to setup an account online so I could upload the needed docs along the way. This made it much easier for me to get that info especially during work hours (it helps if you already have a computer during work to do this). As for the people I worked with; Luke and Suzanne Cronin, Mike Stein, and Jennifer Higgerson as a team made the whole loan process go very smooth. Luke also touched base via by phone as another form of communication when needed and attended my closing to oversee everything went well. Thanks everyone!
