I had the pleasure of working with Steven Woloszyk for the financing on my first home which I purchased last year. I met Steve through BNI and just off of the testimonials I heard from others and the conversations we had I knew he was somebody I could trust and would enjoy working with. When we first sat down to take a look at everything and get me pre-approved there were a few things that I needed to get taken care of before I could be approved. He went out of his way to help me get those things handled and taken care of and within 6 months we met again and he got me pre-approved! He and his team at PrimeLending then continued to help me every step of the way all the way through to closing, which Steven personally attended! I have nothing but great things to say about Steven Woloszyk and the PrimeLending team and whether you are a first time home buyer or have been through the process several times, I can assure you that your experience with them will be one you are pleased with! We moved to Kalamazoo a few years ago and very happy with our lender that helped us get our loan. About a year after that the rates came down and since I am retired military I qualified for a VA refinance. I started checking around to see if I was going to save any money and I believe I talked to three lenders and all had me paying about the same and having to pay to close the loan. I joined a BNI group and Steven Woloszyk was the loan officer for the group. So, I sent him an email and within the day he got back with me and within a matter of days had everything wrapped up saving me money without having to pay anything. As good as that sounds and maybe better, a year after I closed- when your loan usually goes up, mine actually dropped! I would highly recommend Steven if you want it done right, effectively, and efficiently the first time. No matter what other home loan folks tell you - he will give it to you straight! Thanks Steven you are awesome!

He is running a very efficient, totally professional organization from the front desk right thru to the corporate support. The entire staff is geared to serve the client and they expect to do nothing but the best. Their rates are some of the lowest in the market but their cost structure is extremely competitive compared to other institutions.
