The beyond friendly, always professional staff at the Westport office of Lapoint Insurance truly goes out of their way to exceed any and all of my expectations for over fifteen plus years. They never fail to provide creative solutions to every issue I can pose in a most friendly and highly knowledgeable manner. From providing copies of policies I have lost, to procuring asap insurance binders for special purposes, to finding payment plans that fit our budget or looking into new coverage types or companies I have heard about, they have always responded with a helping attitude and almost always, a solution that works. We are a very small company with a very small home, but the Lapoint staff makes us feel very valued and considered. I cannot recommend them more highly.
