My daughter was recently stopped by a Massachsetts state trooper who informed her the registration on the car she was driving was "expired". She called me, over 2 hours away, frantic. It was a long night and I was dreading the trip to the DMV the next day. In the morning I remembered AAA offers DMV services and was hoping they could help. Thankfully, we were able to confirm the car WAS registered in a matter of minutes and renewed the registration well in advance. The woman that took care of us was pleasant and made the transaction quick and easy. One week later, my son walked in and renewed his drivers license in under 15 minutes!!! No more DMV for this family.

We recently learned we could exchange foreign currency at AAA. The transaction which involved converting dollars to euros was fast, convenient and very cost effective as compared to other options we considered. Our local AAA branch is our go to place for drivers license renewals, discounted movie tickets, notary and travel services... The staff is always friendly courteous and helpful. I am not sure how we would manage without our local AAA branch. It has become an essential part of our community.

We worked with Michael Medeiros who was so hard-working and knowledgeable. He did such a wonderful job putting together some quite complicated flights for us. I had been told by a friend that working with AAA is a wonderful experience, and they were absolutely right. From now on, this is where I will make my travel arrangements. Have you ever had the nightmare of spending your day at the DMV trying to renew an expired registration? I have. I have used the services at this facility to plan an book a vacation cruise, register my boat and car and to renew my drivers license. The service is always prompt and efficient. AAA is excellent except, AAA insurance . AAA insurance agents in RI is the back office of Vermont Mutual insurance. RI office AA agent gave incorrect information on an insurance claim and resulted me in loosing $2K. Vermont Mutual insurance.reprimanded the AA insurance agents.

Short waiting time but had issues with license renewal. Their system didnt have the most up to date info from the dmv. So i basically spent 63$ for nothing. Ridiculous. The lady wasnt so helpful either.
