This is my first time ever posting a review for any services I have received, so here goes.... A couple of weeks ago, I applied for a summer loan with USC Federal Credit Union. I will admit that I was skeptical I would be approved for the loan because I had experienced financial challenges so my credit history is not very strong. A few days after applying, I received an email from Mr. E. Baja requesting more details regarding my loan request. After a telephone conversation with Mr. Baja, he outlined all the services that USC Credit Union could provide and told me that a decision was pending. Within a couple of days, I was approved for the summer loan and the process was finalized today. Working with Mr. Baja was awesome. Not only was he knowledgeable and helpful but he made the process very easy. I really appreciate his help and the financial backing I received from USC Federal Credit Union.

I had an excellent experience. I applied for a loan Saturday. On Monday morning I was contacted by a loan specialist who explained the process. I took pictures of all relevant documents with my phone and sent them over. By Monday evening the loan was finalized. On Tuesday I went to the Flower branch with the seller, and in 15 minutes everything was done.

4-stars mainly due to limited branch locations overall. This location is usually pretty quick to get you through & out the door. Everyone is very helpful & usually ample parking in the lot. Open a few more branches please!!!
