Their card machine is ALWAYS out of service. Their customer service is disgusting. They are not polite and seems to always have an attitude. The wait is ridiculously slow. Not to mention if you call by phone it literally takes at least 30 mins to speak to someone. There needs to be an improvement.

This bank is trash costumer service sucks banking time is crap. Card machine never works on and they charge you 5 buck to get a new card. Spend insane amount of time in the bag I you wanna Handel any business up to an hour or more. Not enough tellers. I am changing Banks asap.

I was depositing money through the drive thru ATM and the machine took my money. I am now waiting on the cops to come to the branch to file a report since their currently closed. Also they need to have customer service representatives available 24/7.
