Worst creditors (financed my car) I’ve been with not even a bank got with them when I had bad credit almost done with them can’t wait will never ever again make any type of deal with them they think you’re going somewhere with the car when they damn well know you have a tracker on it and harass your family members or whoever you put on your list. Very unprofessional only have had two representatives that are nice then got switched around to other ones like every six months. Just stay away if your credit is bad.....word of advice just get it looking right and go with a real bank these guys are bad news!!! Considering digging into my 401k to close out the account even earlier than what I have left....let me remind you I only have 6 more payments with them. Oh by the way their interest was crazy if I would have known better I would have turned the deal down paid an extra 5,000 on the car and it’s a 2010 and we are in 2017 no buenooooo!!

Do NOT use this credit company! They harass when you are a day late and continue to harass until payed. By harass I mean calling and calling until you want to blow your lid. On top of that, we are in our last months payment and they are claiming that there is "interest" tagged onto our account and that we have to pay something on top of our last payment in the thousands. This company is not a company I would even consider calling a company, more like a bunch of crooks in a basement. You have been warned, hope this helps!

THEY SUCK REALLY BAD, IF THERE WAS A OPTION NOT TO GIVE A STAR I WOULD - THESE GUYS CANT LET GO A LATE PAYMENT A DAY BECAUSE ALREADY THEY ARE ON YOUR BACKS - THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS THEY CHARGE A CRAZY HIGH INTEREST AND EVEN IF YOU PAY MORE THEN THE MONTHLY PAYMENT THEY STILL BOTHER THE HELL OUT OF YOU ITS LIKE THEY CANT GIVE A COURTESY OF JUST CALLING ONCE AND GIVING SOMEONE AT LEAST 3 DAYS TO PAY - HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

I have never had an issue with the conpany. But the staff member "Vi" is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I have "never" missed a payment EVER! I have been late a few times the most a week. But my payments have always been paid. I would never recomend this company to anyone. They have very poor customer service. I made a huge mistake by trusting a company to help me with loan just to be disrespected.

My first time being late (only a couple of days) they called nd emailed me every single day and when I finally made my payment they double charged me. I called them over 4 times and every time they would hang up on me. I had to file a claim through my own personal bank. Worst ever

they are scammers!! they signed a deal with me (dealership owner) made me register the car and put them as lean holder and they are not paying for the car.customer has the car and i now have to take them to court!!!!!
