THE WORST!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Every time I have gone to this location they have made a mess of my account! The customer service is horrible for people who claim to be "Nice. Remarkably Nice" They are doing a horrible job! I would recommend you go to Coburg Road branch they are much nicer, and they actually know what they are doing!

This is the worst bank EVER. I dread going there. The parking lot is a nightmare. The lines inside are horrible. All tellers are rude and condescending. The bank officer lied to me when I opened my account. I wish there was a half star or less to review.

We always had accurate, quick and polite service inside or at the drive through. The personal service at OCCU beats the big banks any day. We have never had any problems with our accounts in the 20+ years that we have been banking with OCCU.
