VERY rude when announcing concerns. Extremely unprofessional. Couldnt even tell me how much i had paid to the account and then refuse to set up a payment plan thats feesable. Telling me paying 125 a month would be fine and then today telling me i HAD to pay at least 225. If i could afford that dont you think i would still have my vehicle? They bombard you and refuse to help. FINALY today after my 3rd attempt to find what i had paid i finally got some help from a very rude lady but at least gave me my balance. Wich btw took her 6 minutes to calculate. Is there not a better system in place? Now i see that previous employees just couldnt do math. And ALL this after the balance had already been charged off. What a nightmare !

Mrs. Nanatte Swisher, with all due respect to you! your an idiot. I dont think its your friend that had the issues I think its YOU!!!!! People with bad credit truly dont understand some things. Its apparent you have no clue!!!! my credit was great for years then over night went bad. That was my problem to bear. I too needed a car loan. This company other than theyre interest rates thats theyre only problem, but once again we dictate our own interest rate. If you pay on time or communicate issues with them they can and will help. I know first hand theyve helped me a lot. So dont be stupid on here k

This is the best company and will continue to do business with this company!! Drew has been the best account manager. People who rag on this company obviously needs to reevaluate why this company will not work with you. I have dealt with other finance companys who refused to work with me when I hit a small bump in the road. Credit concepts if you keep in contact and have been making your payments on time will work with you just do not jerk them around and they will not jerk you around. Again I cannot brag enough about this company. Completely amazing customer service and Drew is amazing!!!

The interest rate I have is very high but such is life with a sub prime loan. Besides that, these people are really friendly and helpful. I had a time that I was moving and they let me skip the payment that month.
