Very bad in attention to the public .... am a customer ... I went to this agency because a cashier did not return a previous day check does not know what to do so I went the other day ... I made a long line to explain the problem and Miss who greeted me tells me ... have to wait many people on the list ... I said ok ... .... wait almost an hour for the girl serving me tell me. ..solo I can give you a number to call ..... Soooo .... and that I could not say the first Miss? ..... as you have time for them .... that lack of professionalism .... if you do not know do not say ..... in total lost nearly 2 hours just to give me a damn phone number .... that impotence because there who claim ... so I make it public ...

I find ridiculous the new measure of this Bank, today went to cash a check that had given me when I get to the bank were two lines, one for the customers who have accounts with the bank and one for which we had account after wait for 15 minutes I realize that the line has not tinen have not called anyone, and only had two cashiers were serving customers, for others there was no one. I was planning to open an account with them, but when I regretted it, because I feel are pressing me to do, this is not the way to attract customers.

Very poor customer service, minimum wait for treatment is 1 hour, the hostess of impolite to raise your voice and ask myself pouting for good service instead. I am of a generation that solves everything online should be able to make all my paperwork via web so I avoid losing my time, pouting and you will avoid hard time dealing with an unhappy customer.

By far the worst banking service. One hour in the bank today trying to cash a check. They insisted that I deposit the check into my savings account (the only account I hold with bank of america) in order for the check to be cashed. First excuse, they could not find the acount. Then they claimed it is a brand new account and due to the 30 day "internal" bank policy they cannot cash it. This is ridiculous.

worst banking service at location, no matter what time & what day you go to do banking, always long line. average customer waste over 30 min to just do one transaction at this bergeline & 32nd st location. stay away or change bank is what i suggest and i did. only 2 teller , one always busy in phone or counting money. feel sorry for tellers who working at this location

High traffic branch with slow assistance. I went on a Monday at 9:50a and there was one teller open with a line of 7 people when I walked in. The line grew to 16 by the time I left 35 minutes later with still one active teller. They did provide the banking service (bank check) that I needed without issue other than the DMV-style line, it just took a long time.

Generally really busy and long lines, but always very nice and personable. I moved to Jersey from out of state and lived here for a year but never got a nj id. Thisis the only branch that would cash my check drawn from there without giving me a hard time. Love the tellers there.
