Everything seemed to be just right for me but i have switched banks in only 4 short months. My debit card was declined on two separate occasions with plenty of money in the account for use. The first time i was told a change needed to be made on my account and they apologized for the issue. The second time I was told it must have been the store i was at (even though another credit card went through fine) because they had no issues with the system. The 800# on the back of the card stated "our systems are experiencing errors.. etc" but yet they still did not take ownership of the problem. Shame, could have been a good place to bank.

Awsome best bank ive been 2.. Very friendly..i have no problem getting them on the phone lol like other comment said...and getting help fixing my credit too which is nice other banks dont do that..

Bucks first is a warm and friendly place to do business. The online banking is well designed and it is always easy to get someone on the phone. I would recommend Bucks First to everyone.

You can never get anyone on the phone, but when you walk in everyone is sitting around. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone. Terrible.
