One of the worst representatives, that doesnt know difference between regular check and bankers check(chasier check), i went to deposit a chasier check in one of my clients account, teller said they cant accept cashier check because its not endorsed by the recipient(wow) and to reduce the risk of bouncing they can accept cash. Like PLS ANYONE TELL THESE PEOPLE THAT BANKERS CHECK NEVER BOUNCES AND SINCE FROM WHEN THE RECIPIENT ENDORSEES A CHECK BEFORE RECEIVING...

The previous reviewer is right about the long lines and 1 or 2 tellers working instead of having more.. I still like this bank even though they keep changing names every 6 months to a year. From The Trust Company , The Norfolk Bank, Capital One, and ????? Who knows lol..
