I recently had to call Dort Federal for assistance over the phone. If you plan on getting anything done quick, do not count on it. I had to wait on the automated service for over 30 minutes. I then hung up and called dispatch again and asked to speak to anyone except the automated the service. The receptionist proceeded to tell me there was a 22 minute wait. I am not happy.

Too many fees for everything. I even get charged $3.00 check cashing fee on a $50.00 check when I have over double the amount in my account. When cashing or even just depositing large checks they hold them for way too many days. I was a member for over 30 years. Decided to take my business elsewhere.

I Love Dort Federal Credit Union because everyone in there are so friendly & fast service. When you need to talk to someone about your account. They really give you great advice on your accounts. I have never had a bank that cares so much.
