The service at the loby is sometimes very slow, because they serve first the carriage that those who are inside the bank and when people come together they take their time and do not care who are waiting and sometimes I have seen that there are staff you can attend and does not.

Took my grandma to open a checking account. The lady that helped us was rude and condescending seemed that she just wanted to get rid of us. When asking questions made me feel stupid for asking. Would not recommend this location to do business.
