My experience of obtaining an auto loan from OECU was definitely a Five Star experience from start to finish. I spoke with both Sandra and David. They were both excellent in their assistance to me and both were very professional. All my questions were answered promptly and I was made very comfortable with the entire loan process. OECU will certainly be at the top of my list when the time comes for my next auto loan!

Wow! 10$ to cash a OECU printed check. I opt not to use banks. So I must cash my customers checks. This place cost more than a check cashing place. Will be telling my customers no if they try to write a check off this credit union.

Horrible customer service, and most if not all of the workers have no clue what they are talking about. Take your business elsewhere. And hidden fees that they will automatically withdraw from your account WITHOUT authorization.
