I have had state farm for 22years, of all the state and offices I have enjoyed, Joanna Booths office is hands down the most memorable. Every member is friendly, courteous and makes you feel like family. They remember you by name and little details that let you know they care and remember you. For me, they gave me compassion and support when my husband passed away unexpectedly. Helped me make the right decisions with our policies and took away the stress, I worked with Heidi Simpson quite a bit, she is a rock, very knowledgeable, friendly and quick to take care of you. All the girls leave you with a felling of care and commitment. Thank you for being so amazing! -Brooke

I have both my renters insurance and car insurance through them. They are very helpful and go above and beyond to help. All the ladies in the office know you and genuinely care. They are always upbeat and kind. It is always a delight stopping in the office or talking to them over the phone. They treat every customer like family. They are very professional. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for insurance. Thank you ladies for all that you do!

Please update office hours online. When calling between the hours of 3:00PM-5:30 PM I get the after hours answering service. Has happened multiple times. I find it vary frustrating not being able to talk to someone in office. I have been a member of State Farm along with my family for many years and this has been one of the biggest issues we have had. Other than not being able to talk to a person in office. The office of Joanna Boothe has been great!
