Had my car, truck and home insured through this office and payment was suppose to be made through auto pay. My debit card expired and I went online entered a new card number and thought I should be fine. NOPE!! Somehow my car insurance lapsed 3 moths ago which make absolutely no sense because I have still been paying the full premium online manually and they are all under the same policy. How does my truck and home policy stay active while my car policy lapses? Not only did I not know the policy lapsed I call to get renewal ID card for my vehicles and only then did I find out but I was basically talked to like I was a pile of SH%#! The agent I spoke with said I would need to make a payment before she would even tell me anything. WHAT???!!!! I should have a credit for 3 months you charged me a premium on my car!!! IDIOTS!!!!!!!

Very unprofessional customer service experience.The agents out of this paticular office will quote you a price for a policy and then take your money. I talked to 3 different agents out of this office and each one told me a totally different story. I would not recommend State Farm insurance to anyone. The agents are not trained properley and have no customer service skills. So far I have been waiting 2 weeks for this paticular office to refund me my money.
