I went with Troy because he seemed honest but it was a huge mistake. Before my first month was due, my rates went up $300. Then I was not refunded a credit card amount that was promised. Next, the company he set us up with was overpaid by over $1200 by my bank and they kept it while charging me a monthly $6 fee. I cancelled the policy and now have been sent to a collection agency for a little over 100 bucks. Dishonest from the start. Tried to complain to BBB but Troy is not registered there. Go elsewhere. Allstate was cheaper and actually lowered my rate in the first month. I have to ask if all these other reviews are family. Tried to work with Troy but nothing worked. At least there is transparency on the internet

There real focus is on taking care of the customer with any issues or problems that arise not just selling cheap insurance.
