Not a secure banking facility allows face to face withdraws with out checking identification. i had a significant amount of money saved for a rainy day, leaving the account open a year and a half ago. I recently called MFCU to withdrawl the funds and they stated my account was closed and the funds i wanted to withdrawl were no longer in the account. I spoke with Megan regarding this matter and and was told there was nothing i could do because i did not report in a timely manner...... It was my assumption that my funds would be safe until the day i needed them. Apparently not.. Megan said they funds were withdrawn in the drive-thru by me which is definately not the case. because i moved to sidney to work in the oil fields.

This bank gives out personal information to people that are not affliated with your account/loan. And tell people not affiliatedoing or the people who are NOT on your account/loan all about your loan/account. Until the resolve this issue I would not recommend them!

Good when it comes to security but getting checks has been a pain. Over $25 for basic checks and you have to jump through hoops for temporary checks. Too much hassle.

Usually pretty fast service. The last visit it took the person five minutes to find an email with the number of the person they were supposed to call.
