DIVINE SPEAKS

So i go in to make a payment I wanted to make two separate payments towards the principal and the regular bill. I did the math before I gave them the money. Include the interest. When I got my receipt back the lady had it on the one in my payment was not where I expected it to be. I paid in advance ahead of time and didnt understand why my intreset was high. I had call the company spoke to a laid and she had said that my balance should be much lower then what is was and i agreed called back again to find out that supossably changer where made but the balance remains the same. So frustrated I asked to speak to someone above the tellor and he had me on hold for a while. I got so pissed off that they not only riped me off of some money but tried to tell me that the balance should be like that when it shouldnt and even the laid before said it should have been lower. All i know is next time i will demand she makes my two seprate payment and will never work with DCU ever again. I havent been the first one if my family that has been riped off by this Corporation. But I actually know that I will be the last and will not recommend this credit union to nobody if anything I will speak poorly of the truth and how I was riped off. Only have 3 more month to pay off my car loan. If anything i should be welcome for paying my car off before even a year. Hate this credit place I truly do not recommend this place or any other banch location at that......

Treated me rude when I asked for a bank check, then I asked for info on a car loan they were really nice until they found out my credit score wasnt perfect, and the door to the office was open and the person was yelling my credit score and what I should do before I bother with them again. Loyal customer for 4 years. Im going somewhere else. Also kid Ryan should have picked a job other than customer service.

Strictly the best I have ever worked with. Moved all business and personal checking there. Have had 2 car loans, 1 motorcycle loan....wonderful people to work with. Customer service is all locally based and very helpful. Hardly any fees, great rates, great service. I highly recommend. I dumped TD Bank and Bank of America for DCU. Best thing I ever did.

Worst location I have EVER been to. The rudest staff. I would rather drive a half hour out of my way then drive 3 mins to come here. Stay far away if you wanna get treated with disrespect for having a child with you. If you want everyone to know your personal information come here cause they shout it pretty loud

Horrible customer service! They have nobody that can help customers in Spanish, even though 2 out of 3 branches are in highly hispanic areas. Not even on their 800 number they have a decent translator.
