I love this credit union, they are small and I like that. I can call and actually talk to the same people that I speak with when I go in. Because they are small, sometimes you do have to wait to speak to someone on the phone, it’s not like the big banks that route you all over the world to the “next available operator” who doesn’t know you from your neighbor. I can use any credit union ATM, so I am never far from a “fee free” ATM. I guess my only complaint would be that their one branch ATM can take three to four days to process a deposits, so I just make it a point to drop by during my lunch hour. It’s never so busy that I can’t make a deposit, visit, run through a local drive-thru and still have plenty of time left to make it back to my office and eat.

HORRIBLE BUSiness! THEY TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH! They call you stupid when they are the ones that mess up! THEY DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS! My acct has been paid off with them, but yet they cashed a check of 458 dollars!!!! When I called back they told me that I was not smart enough to call and cancel the check. They should have not processed a payment if the account is paid off! COMMON SENSE PEOPLE! And then they still ask me why am I calling!! And instead of crediting the bank account that they told it out of, they tell me that they put it in my grandfathers savings account! And I need to contact my grandfather to get the money back!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK! They treat you horrible and are not professional at all!!

My treatment as a customer, since the turn of the century has been professional, personal when needed and always satisfactory or better. My ATM card works every where I have used it. Last thought... I have never experienced unacceptable treatment! Being a small credit union is a big plus at RAFE. Merry Christmas, DEG

Terrible, every time I had a problem, they could never solve it. My auto loan was very high and was supposed to decrease, when I called and asked about it, they acted like they had no idea was I was talking about.
