The manager I first opened my account with was very nice and accommodating. I have been a customer about 9 years. New manager came in and even though there were notes in the system about agreements that were made with the original manager he refused to honor them because he does not do things that way. This is understandable but he was extremely dismissive and would not have a conversation to keep a long standing customer. I had to leave the bank because of the total lack of customer service and professionalism. I would not recommend the Burlington Branch anymore with this new manager. The Worst!

been waiting for more than an hour for service. 1:15 minutes to be exact. there are a few rep just walking or seem to be hiding in the back room. love dcu but this has to be the worst branch experience since being a member in 2005.

Beware. The employees and manager at this branch are hostile and disinterested in actually doing their job. I have never been treated as rudely anywhere as I have been here.

My car loan experience was awesome. I only had to visit the bank once for collecting the cheque and it took just a few minutes for them to hand it over. Impressive.
