A few months ago I experienced the plight of two felony and one misdemeanor charge. I have no prior record and my life was turned upside down. I was so scared and confused as to what was in store for me and nervous my life would be ruined by an honest mistake. I met with Chuck after reading other reviews. I had also talked with other lawyers and I knew immediately Chuck was the one to hire. He treated me with compassion and truly understood I could not have these kind of charges on my record for the sake of my career. He did everything he could to ensure I walked away from this bogus case. When the prosecutor gave a hard time, he negotiated elsewhere. I truly believe he worked very hard for me every step of the way. Today my case was dismissed. Chuck saw me as a person and not as a criminal the justice system had labeled me. He understood empathically how Important a dismissal was. I have never had to hire a lawyer so the situation was scary and new to me. Other lawyers I spoke with were not willing to fight his hard. One told me I should be willing to consider a misdemeanor conviction. The goal should be to go all the way and not to just settle, especially with a paid attorney. I hope I will never be in this situation again. I highly recommend Chuck as an attorney; he was honest, hard working, responsive, and knowledgable and my confidence never wavered. He knew what we were up against and conquered it. Thank you so much.

Chuck keefe is not only an AMAZING lawyer he is also a great person. When I first met with Chuck about my case I had no idea what to expect because I have never been in legal trouble before. Not only did Chuck answer all my questions he showed me kindness, compassion, and sympathy. i first met attorneys wilson and durkin when they were partnered with attorney kinghorn back in 1996 when my teenage son was killed in a car crash, their team handled all the probate issues and helped us through the worst time of our lives and became like family to us,comforting us,walking us through every step of the way. Kinghorn moved on to become a judge and the practice took on a new look (wilson bush durkin and keefe)my family and i have had many misfortunes since that time in 1996 and have relied on this team many times.they are truely pros,they are compasionate,honest and when you need them to be tough.At first attorney wilson handled all of my cases with perfection,attorney charles (chuck)keefe has handled them since he became a partner in the firm,thank you eric for chuck ,he is a wonderfull compationate profesional amazing human being.I dont know what i would have done without WBD&K

Eric Wilson was excellent. I had originally went to a different lawyer who didn’t seem to be working for me and basically didn’t want to push my DWI case to court, he wanted me to settle for a plea bargain, despite the fact that multiple people were telling me that I had a strong case. After firing the original attorney, I went with Eric Wilson (was recommended by family members). Immediately after reviewing the police statement, Eric agreed that I had a strong case. He was able to beat the ALS hearing AND had the DWI charge dropped in the court case. Eric was extremely polite and professional, and I will be referring him to anyone I know that needs a lawyer. Thanks to Eric, I still have my CDL license and my career.

I only dealt with Chuck when I enlisted him as my lawyer however I can only assume that all of the lawyers within the firm are great. Chuck was recommended from a friend when I came in a wee bit of trouble. He treated me with the outmost respect, he came with a plan on how to challenge the charges against me. He was able to take some of my worries away but remained honest with me thoughout the entire process. He used his connections through his broad network to formalize a deal with the prosecutor. Thanks to him, all of the charges were dropped and he continues to support me in removing the accusation from my record permanently. He is top notch and would recommend him and the firm to anyonre who needs legal adivce.

The Wilson Bush Durkin & Keefe law firm is exceptional . The staff was extremely professional and helpful starting with the receptionist through to the lawyers. If our lawyer did not answer his cell phone (which he did 90% of the time) we could always call the receptionist and know that she would give us an accurate time frame to expect a call back. The lawyers in this firm all work together and support all their clients. You may be hiring one lawyer but you actually are getting four lawyers. This law firm is highly recommended!
