As a United Stated Marine I know to review character of individuals I associate with. I talked with 5 attorneys and found that John was a high integrity, transparent and direct communicator who I knew I could trust with an extremely trying and exhausting challenge I was facing. John Tenn highly dynamic professional. He was immediately getting the facts needed to represent me and as the case evolved he played many roles throughout the case. Although John knew the case was a challenge he had the compassion to fight for me and never hesitated to tell me what I needed to hear. John was honest, direct, communicated regularly and had a tenacious support team in his office who never missed a call or email. He fought with tenacity I have not seen since my time in the Marine Corp. I typically do not write reviews but in this case felt compelled to share this to help someone else who may be facing the same situation and is feeling like I did. I was arrested and facing a subsequent DUI and Drving after Suspension. I was almost certain that no matter how good my attorney was, I was going to have to spend some time in jail. I called John Tenn and gave him my story. From our first call I knew he cared and would do everything he could for me. He was very honest about how serious this was and the potentially bad outcome based on my past. Although that scared me, I also appreciated it because it helped me prepare myself and my family for the worst. After some direct and serious conversation with me, he went to work and a few weeks later he called with news that he was able to get my charge reduced to reckless driving and disorderly conduct with no jail time!!!! I was referred to Tenn and Tenn through a business associate after being charged with a dwi in December 2014 (on a Friday evening). John Tenn met with me at his office, on his day off over the weekend. I was extremely relieved with his compassion and dedication to begin my case and relieve the overwhelming anxiety that I was obviously experiencing. I was recently charged with Aggravated DWI in NH. The odds of success seemed low because my blood test revealed a .28 BAC. As an attorney myself, I know how difficult these charges are to win. I was arressted by NH state police and charge with DWI 2nd offense. I refused the breath test also, so I was facing a total of 5 year loss of license (2 year from DMV ALS) and 30 day jail time. I had no idea who to call for legal help and finding so many options available online just made my anxiety worse. After researching reviews and websites for a few days I decided to give John Tenn a call. After speaking with John I decided to higher him to defend me. Too make a long story short, John amazingly was able to get the DWI and the DMV ALS supspension for refusal dropped. No loss of license for DWI 2nd! John handled my case personally and was extremely aggressive in winning the case. I know I would not have had this outcome with anyone else. Even the Trooper made a point to stop and tell me that I had manage to pick one of the "most aggressive defense lawyers in the area". While vacationing in NH from out of states this summer, I unfortunately found myself charged with a DUI.
