**MUST READ** PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS ATTORNEY. I had well over a $80,000 case and David Maloney only got me $1,200. I was told I would get updates on my case but all I got was unreturned phone calls. In my case I was sitting at a red ligjt and got hit 45 mph from behind from a texting driver. and David Maloney only got me $1,200 not even enough for medical expenses. Maloneys law firm is just too big and filled woth 18 yearold girls who donrt know anything he just hires them because there hot. Look at his obscene commercials about women. Please listen to me go to another attorney. You will hate this lawyer if you go through him. He talks a bunch of big talk on commercials but doesnt even call me back. Go to green and phillips or morris bart. You will regret it tremendously if you choose Maloney. Be wise everyone. Please believe me when I say David Maloney sucks and will not get you no money. And Maloney if your reading this I hope you get whats coming for you. Your scamming the hard worker for everything.
