After doing a bunch of internet research for Bankruptcy Attorneys, Kain & Scott PA overshadowed all others I had looked at. The fact that they also have offices in St. Cloud and Brainerd is also very helpful! After working with the whole group at Kain & Scott since the end of May, I know without a doubt I made the right choice. Never once have they made me feel bad about myself for getting in the position I am in. They are all extremely understanding and willing to help out however they can, and are great at returning phone calls and emails right away. Once we began the process, they made me feel as if a huge weight had been lifted. I have a not so common situation and then ended up having to change things not to far into it but my attorney, Mr. Kain, has never made me feel bad about it or that I made things more difficult for him in any manner. He is very personable and understanding and in my opinion, has went above any beyond for me. I know there have been times I have been nothing but a pest, but he always acts like it is no big deal and is glad to help out with whatever I need. In my experience, it is hard to find an attorney that really cares, but the people at Kain & Scott actually do! If you are not sure what to do, which option is best or who to choose, please call Kain & Scott. They will listen to your situation and tell you what your best option would be. Again call Kain & Scott, you will be glad you did! I know I am!!

After a series of unfortunate events, not knowing where to turn I called my local attorney. He had heard great things from his clients about Kain & Scott and referred me to them. From the first call right through to the end their office was kind and truly there to help. I had so many questions and was scared to death. They took the fear away, helped me dust myself off and move on with my life. I love that even now, three years later if something comes up they are still quick to respond and help in any way they can.
