My husband and I have worked long term with the attorneys at Small and Lyons. We were involved in a highly disputed custody case—which for years to the unfortunate disadvantage of the children involved, was being founded in the other parties favor. Finally, two years ago our case was proven and the children were removed from the toxic environment they were being raised in. Our children are now well adjusted and excelling in our home. Throughout the process, both Mike Lee and Peggy Small were highly responsive, well organized, and well prepared for our hearings, and ultimately effective in winning our case. The prices for their service was reasonable, and to this day if we have any small legal questions related to the new parenting plan we know we can send a quick email to Small and Lyons and receive helpful feedback. As working parents of our now four children, it was a wonderful relief to feel we had such strong attorneys working for us and believing in us. We were able to trust them completely with their work so that we could focus our attention on our own lives and careers. Additionally, it became apparent that Small and Lyons is well known and respected in the community and in the family court system. Nearly every lawyer we talked to knew who they were and they had obvious experience working with many of the Masters and Judges we appeared in front of. We would highly recommend this law firm, our lives would be completely different if we didn’t have such great attorneys behind us!

They did an excellent job at making recommendations based on the intent or end state that was best for me and my case.
