If you want to see why the recent deregulation of insurance carriers is a good thing for the state of Massachusetts, interact with ANY of the employees at this agency. My wife and I recently switched carriers from AAW to a top five company that is new to MA. We are litterally saving $1000/yr. The money savings is less astonishing than the true lack of professionalism that AAW exhibits. Once we decided to go with another carrier, I called AAW to ask them exactly what I would need to fax them to end our policy. A month and a half after all the appropriate documents were sent to AAW, we received a bill from them for $500. . .THEY NEVER CANCELED OUR POLICY. We made a phone call to ask why we were still being charged and they admitted that they had made an error, and that they would call us back. After five days we called again because we had not received a call back. The employee was hostle and informed us that we had faxed them the wrong documents. Even if this was true (which as evidence proves, it is not) would a customer not expect a call from the agency to inform them that they sent the wrong forms?? Aside from this incident, the adjusters have been largely unprofessional (and unpleasant) throught the 2+ yrs we payed for their services.

Bad bad staff. I had a friend who worked there and Yousseff (the owner's husband) took a lot of advantage from her. They paid her a very short amount of money every 2 weeks and it was unbelievable how this people can make money and continue taking advantage of employees, nor only employees, but customers were never satiesfied sufficiently. It's not big news that no one last working there over one year, simply because they don't pay well but they are not very professional persay.
