This company is very unprofessional and has been given me the run around since October 6 when I was in a car accident! Ray Aviles nor Marlene answer their phone no matter what time of the work day you call them. I only received one letter from them about my case and every time I call no one can tell me any progress that is being made with my case. If you are looking for car insurance please do not waste your hard earn money with them because if something happens they will take forever to get the results that you could of much quicker with a different car insurance! My friend car was in the shop for 2 months before they finally fixed her car for minor back car damage! Do not waste your time nor money with these very rude, unprofessional and scam insurance company!

No one will answer the phone and will not approve repair for a car accident which was not my fault but the fault of the person insured by American Heartland. Hope to never deal with this company again.
