It doesn’t matter who answers the phone at this agency they are the most helpful, professional, and courteous agents you will find. Not only did they save us money (even with 2 teen male drivers in my home)…They helped us through an unfortunate accident. Even followed up with the insurance adjuster to make sure we were taken care of. Constantly surprising me with continued follow up and checking my policies saving me money whenever they can even if it means more work for them. I do not take the time to write testimonials for companies very often. But I truly feel that this business is one of the few left that is staffed with people who honestly care about their clients. I highly recommend you at least give these guys a chance at earning your business. You will not be sorry.

At first that I meet this guy(Kasha) in Fadaie insurance, He was a Gentleman and He was very friendly person, Even I invited him and all his family to my home for few times and I got my cars,home, motor cycle and health insurance and umbrella insurance from him and even I told my brother about him and he transferred his insurance to Fadaie too, but as soon as his business start growing he forgot who he is and service has gone down as far as it could ,I have start changing my broker ,if you are looking to buy insurance forget about him his not the right person. and his not honest he prices is not good for what he offers.

I had a great experience working with Kasha. We suffered water damage in our kitchen and I called up Kasha to report the damage. He was immediately on the phone with the Safeco (with me on the Line) and got the claim registered. He then helped me setting up a restoration company to come out the same day and start the restoration work. I am very happy to say the least. The easiest task I can ever remember was a phone call to this insurance agency .my policy was issued within minutes and email to me with my card attached . My policy was explained the charge was clearly the most decent I could ever imagine. It was simply beyond my expectation .the office of team work did the follow up and made certain about my closing document .
