I have been a customer of Rick Douglas since 2010 as has my whole family. We have all of our vehicles, life insurance and renters policies thru them. We have always had excellent and very personable service there. I unfortunately have had quite a few car accidents and with all the issues that come with that the one thing that made it much more easy was the hands on service that I have always received from the staff in his office. Robin has set up all of our policies for us and always has taken the time to answers any of the questions we have had and given advice when needed. Brittany in the office is always very friendly and is very good at watching out for me when I forget to pay my bill by sending me little email reminders which I so appreciate. Insurance is such a big part of life and its nice to know that we have a agent with a staff who truly cares about our business and strives to keep us as customers. I would highly recommend Rick Douglas to any friends or family that were looking for a good agent.
