Have had State Farm Ins 30 yrs and until working with this office have always had an agent and agent staff that has provided nothing but excellent service. Unfortunately that is not the case here. Phone calls to this office most often go unanswered and are not returned promptly when a voice message is left. This has been not a one time occurrence but a regular one. Also recently received a misleading email from this office title PREMIUM INCREASE that had nothing to do with a premium increase but everything to do with calling them for a policy review. Totally misleading. Transferred my policy to another agent.

She also understands military life and just what you need when your loved ones are away.
