Fast service but not pleasant. They never sent my membership cards and on top of that I added a driver on acct and they overcharged me by 60 and still hasn’t been resolved. Was actually looking into their insurance but if you can’t get something as simple as a membership card right then I can only imagine what a nightmare insurance docs would be

Have been a member of AAA for 24years , Recently changed my auto insurance to AAA ,Without verbal ,email or notice AAA amended my policy when my son turned 16 and 1/2 . My bank account was auto debited for triple my normal rate . Been trying to resolve through email and calls no response by AAA.
