Most people already commented about the convenience, especially for those DMV needs which can be handled here, instead of the ACTUAL horrible experience of the DMV itself. However, wait time and convenience aside, I am even more impressed by how pleasant everyone is at this branch whenever I have gone in. Whether someone in the travel department, the DMV line, or even buying movie tickets and such, they are all very helpful, and just wonderful to deal with. I find this an all too rare experience no matter what building I walk into, and I appreciate it when I find it. Thanks and please keep up the great work and even better customer service!!!

AAA is one of the best investments you can make because they do more than just take care of a broken down car. It is the ancillary services they can provide that make them stand head and shoulders above the rest. I needed to renew my licence on a Saturday, they did it with no fuss. I needed a picture for my passport renewal. no problem. I needed to replace a sticker on my license plate renewal, done. These and a host of other services make them invaluable! I will be renewing my AAA membership forever!!

After what I thought was a mistake on my registration renewal and unable to talk to anyone at the registry, I decided to go to the AAA in Worcester. I was impressed at the nice place with plenty of parking. When I entered I was helped immediately and my problem was fixed. I was on my way in less than 10 minutes with my renewed registration. The people and service was first class and I told all my friends how good the experience was. Thank you all at the Worcester AAA facility.

To prepare for a vacation in Italy, we asked AAA staff to purchase Euros for us. The process was very easy, the young woman at the front desk was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The Euros arrived more quickly than anticipated and we were promptly contacted. It was easy and convenient dealing with the local office versus a commercial bank. AAA also gave us a map of Italy that was really helpful in planning our itinerary.

I had a really good experience with AAA this winter. They immediately responded to my road side assistance call and even the AAA person was there to help me within 30 minutes. My car battery died, so he gave me does and donts as well. Friendly and helpful AAA Professional assistance, must have membership for everybody, even with the benefits of road side assistance the auto insurance sometimes say they provide.

So happy to find out I can renew my license at the local AAA! Anything to avoid the registry. I was immediately greeted when I entered and directed to the RMV desk where I was promptly helped after just a short wait while someone in front of me did their renewal. The person at the desk was very friendly, too. I will definitely be going back here for all my RMV needs that they can do!

I was able to take care of things quickly and was very satisfied with the results. what really made it a pleasurable experience was the representative, It was his first week and he was still training. I work in customer service and I believe the most important thing is making the customer feel comfortable and he did a great job of it, it felt like talking to a friend.

I took my elderly parents (age 89, 91 with wheelchair and walker) to the office to have some paperwork notarized. Parking and access to the office was very good even though it was a busy day at AAA. The staff was professional, efficient and helpful so that we were able to finish this chore in less than 15 minutes and there was no charge for the service. Outstanding.

I went into the Worcester MA AAA location to obtain a TripTik for a trip to California. The lady I spoke to was extremely nice and understood what I was looking for. Unfortunately it will take a while to prepare the TripTik since it is so long, but that was not an issue to me. I would return to this office for any future travel needs I may have.

if you are a AAA member you can get RMV tasks completed at this office. much easier than going to a RMV branch and waiting over an hour. took me 15 minutes for getting a replacement license. very friendly staff too!
