We are sitting on the closing room at unified title for almost 2 hours because the title company forgot to check if the title was free and clear. They just started working with the sellers attorney to see how they can do their jobs. They had 75 days to figure this out and waited till the last second to do anything.They have is sitting here and nobody has checked on us once.
