Current employee as a Health Program Representative- Have to go through a temp agency like Aerotek or Kelly Services and will work as a temp for at least 6 months before you get an offer. Sometimes it may be up to a year. No drug test required, pay is good once hired on. As a temp you pay for parking either in a parking lot which is $2 a day or you can pay $2 a hr at the meters or pay $68 to park in the garage and your temp agency may reimburse you. If hired on you get access to the 24 hour gym and free garage parking. The management in the enrollment department are very inconsistent and are not knowledgeable about anything. No manager is on the same page when it comes to policies and regulations. No personal time to use the bathroom unless you use your breaks. The point system is ridiculous, there is way too much favortisim and unless you kiss up, moving up in a position is impossible. They do not accept doctor notes and you are required to use any PTO available regardless of the situation. The enrollment department looks clean but have seen at least 3 roaches roaming around. There is also no cameras in this department and definitely untrustworthy people who work here as well. I would not recommend working here unless you enjoy being treated like a child.
One star is one star too many! There is no customer service 800 number at this pathetic insurance company. Exactly why when I was in healthcare, I would only work on the provider side - never the insurance side of healthcare - insurance companies should be eliminated entirely!
I HAVE JUST SPENT 45 MINUTES TALKING TO 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND FINALLY LAST ONE SAID CALL MEDICARE. OF COURSE THEY CANT HELP ME. ALL I WANTED TO KNOW WAS A BILL THEY SEND A BILL TO ME OR JUST A SAMPLE. IT SHOULDNT BE SO HARD. NO ONE COULD HELP ME

Unbelievable. I am ashamed to be American. This level of service - 0 - should be illegal. Been paying Anthem BCBS seven years. Never even had a checkup. Need it now... Horrid. I can get fined for not paying for this bull? Thanks Obummer.
I sat on hold for 35 minutes to finally be disconnected. I have had their insurance for years and not once has anyone ever checked in to ensure I was properly covered. Luckily, I no longer need Anthem since getting married.
I have watched my benefits drop and my prices go up while the CEO makes a handsome salary. Customer service is not satisfactory and the major hack that occurred jeopardized my personal information...
They take a bunch of money from me and my employer and do everything they can to never pay out for anything I need. Terrible coverage. Terrible Plans. Terrible company.
I called to get a quote they are rude as hell with in 2 mins i was transfers to 3 people
JUST A LITTLE BETTER THAN NO INSURANCE, RESTRICTS DOCTORS, HOSPITALS, AND PHARMACIES
Horrible customer service. Constant issues with billing and auto debit system.
