Access Insurance Agencies are the best independent agency out there! I wish I had found them sooner! They have an incredible staff that are always welcome to my never ending questions. They were also able to give me quotes on my auto and homeowner insurance from 10 different companies, saving me the time of having to look up different quotes by myself. The best part is that if my insurance with one carrier goes up, they can compare the rates instantly with other carriers that they represent and can offer me a lower rate. Who knew having insurance could be so easy?

I was with State Farm for many years and had nothing but difficulties along the way. So as our insurance was getting ready to renew I decided I had had enough of State Farm. I just happened to google car insurance and Compass appeared in the results. I took a shot and I was amazed. Not only were we able to get the same coverage as we had through State Farm we also got renters insurance and much more for a MUCH lower cost. Mike, the agent I spoke to, was extremely friendly, answered all my questions and found us amazing savings!!

Jack showed superior knowledge of the insurance industry and reliability I have not been privy to with any other agent. I am so disappointed in the service here. Many unanswered calls and lack of service around a refund for a short term health policy. The agent told us we had to pay a full month premium to be covered for 6 days, which we did. He promised us we would be refunded the difference within several weeks. Yet a month later, I am waiting to hear back from him about the refund, and had to call many times to even get the situation addressed.
