I have been with this insurance agent for a long time and have many policies with them. Recently I have felt like I am a nobody because I have been trying to reach Jason and have not recieved a call back. I have been trying to reach him for 3 weeks now, and have had no response and no call back always get told by the ladies that answer the phone that he is busy and will call me back. After three weeks of the same I called and told them if I do not recieve a call back today I will be searching for a new insurance agent. Still no call back the customer service from Jason has been horrible and I will no longer doing buisness with them. Still no call back rediculous, if I was his boss and seen he was costing me buisness he would not have a job very long.
