Bah! If I could give this location NO STARS, I would. No Saturday hours. Are you kidding me?! Even while I was walking to the door to be met with silent rejection, no less than five (FIVE!) separate cars, drove in, saw that this location was closed, and drove off. Sheesh, Auto Club, maybe you should be open on Saturday when people can go to your office. I have a job like most AAA members, I expect, so having locations that are open on the weekend is crucial. Instead, I drove to the Burbank office, which does have Saturday hours- and a 45 minute wait. Clearly, another office needs to be open on Saturday!

WOW I should have read the other reviews before I bought my insurance here. After 30 days of having almost all of my policys I received a notice cancelling my home owners policy. The cancellation was because of the agent, LJ, not providing the correct information the first, second and third time to the underwriter. After several unanswered calls to the underwriters to correct the problem I decided it was time to write a review to WARN others to stay away from the Montrose AAA for any insurance policy! Lucky for me, after having to shop around again I found a policy with the same coverage for cheaper!

Worst AAA ever.I thought it would be faster or better being so small but it is the worst customer service in Travel ever. I cant believe it. THey didnt call me when my tickets were ready and i had to call them. I already paid in full one month ago. Next time i am driving farther to Pasadena AAA>.

The AAA auto club is great. I use the one in Montrose mostly. The people are knowledgeable and I get my DMV business taken care of in a very professional manner. They are great with trip planning. I just changed my auto insurance to AAA. Saved money and increased my coverage. Very happy

I have been to this place many time. They always do a great job. It is so funny that all the workers seem actually happy to help. Lisa Jover is a really good insurance agent. She was my first experience and I have only had good service very since. Great location !

The manager that was here this afternoon sucked long line and refused to help me with my registration as I just purchased the car off a friend and did not have the title in hand and going away for work for a month. DMV would be a better option.

Friendly but could be faster! A lot of superfluous chit-chat (about football, fashion, personal vacation experiences) that slow down already long lines! Better than the DMV, but not completely professional.

Most AAA Automobile club are very good but the one in Montrose is my favorite. They have went out of their way to assist me with problem registrations. Always frendly and competent. Keep up the good work
