Been customers for long time. Very disappointed and upset by insurance reps, to be specific, NEW BUSINESS REPS. Had to wait over 1.5 hours, with many other customers, and ended up walking out, and taking my business to Insurance company with better service. DMV reps rock, they are very efficient. Follow up insurance reps were short stuffed, and NEW BUSINESS REPS were just laughing and making small talks, even when approached by their own employee for help. THEY ARE INTERESTED IN COMMISSIONS ONLY FROM NEW CUSTOMERS, after that they absolutely do not care about you or your policy, that is straight forward the worst customer service i have ever seen, offensive and selfish. What is the use of millions of $$$ spend on infomercials if you guys can not even sustain a mediocre standard in insurance customer service?

I have had AAA for 14 years and today I am so frustrated!!! I called and not only could not reach the location that I visited, but was transferred to India and had the worst experience trying to communicate with the rep that answered my call. I repeated my question 7 times and still could not get an answer to my question. I received 5 minutes of conversation and answers to questions that I did not ask. I may cancel my insurance with AAA now knowing that I cannot get an American that understands our DMV on the phone.

They must be understaffed because I waited 30 mins. in line to renew my DMV registration, had to stand the whole time, not a lot of people in front of me, and when it was finally my turn I was still waiting because the person that looked available sais she was not. So I just left. Might as well renew online.

Made my life easier today. As a procrastinator i waited until the last day to get my registration renewed so instead of the long lines at the DMV went in to this branch and got my new sticker under 10 min. Definitely having a membership is so worth it.

I was able to renew my overdue registration quickly and painlessly thanks to the friendly and helpful clerks I dealt with. I highly recommend going here instead of the DMV whenever possible. For AAA members only though.

What great service they have! Where else can you get a passport picture, pay your car registration at the same time. Waiting time was less than 1min. AAA Glendale, you guys Rock!
