I overlooked the fact that I am required to fill out a paper deposit slip at the drive thru....but it could that it is a magic time travelling portal that takes me back to 1988, considering banks have no Saturday hours(Whaaa??). I overlooked the fact that I have never reached a customer service rep over the phone in less than 30 minutes. I overlooked the app that wouldnt set up monthly payments, but then set up monthly payments on the date I used the app to make a one time car payment....I overlooked that you get to stand at the entance while someone asks you about your business in the middle of tge lobby,( the guy ahead of me threw away his replacement visa card, has 880 bucks in his money market account and owes 200 on his credit card, but they are issueing him another replacement card). So...my account has been open for about 19 months, with a couple overdrafts...since the app made a car payment at the first of june, and I was leaving town that day...the bank rep told me to withdraw all my cash at the teller and they would refund the overdraft fee(which never happened). Same thing the following month, which this time the bank rep showed me how to stop it in the app, but BAM! Racked up two more overdraft fees, was late paying my rent, which was another 50 bucks....so, after bring on hold as I drove here, the Northern Ave branch, now I am sitting in tge lobby for another 20-30 minutes and got a look for saying I would not state why I was there, aside from stating I was having problems with my checking. Oh, and my phone pooped up another alert, as I am typing this, to ensure that I know I am overdrawn AGAIN because tge Fraud Dept put a hold on my card...and they kept letting charges clear.....I am going to see if this can be resolved, but also checking out other banks. The entire point of coming to AZCU was to fix my credit, not to reduce my credit score to double digits. so, after killing hours and hours waiting on the phone, waiting at the bank, and finally getting an answer regarding my bill pay that had my account, no, still has, it so screwed up and each time...I get an assurance that it is all fixed, then, nope, still not done. Each time I get to tell my story that started with setting up bill pay in April. Ugh. Now I am sitting on the phone AGAIN, after getting an email from FIS Global, who actually is the third party bill pay company that processes all bill pay. (I have been getting certified in how bill pay is set up, ran, by whom, and when) So, I called the main number last Thursday, requested a call back after sitting on the phone for over 20 minutes (nothing new), so I went to the Deer Valley branch, which also acknowledged the Northern Ave branch is chaotic and advised me to go to another branch....what??? So, you appear to be well aware that this branch is busy which leaves customers waiting (again, no Saturday hours??) which appears to not be resolved by the fact you have closed additional branches and continue to with more closings posted. Anywho...so I sat on the main line for 27 minutes today, and went into the website and found the bill pay customer service phone number....now I have been waiting for 21:18 minutes.........and counting. I want this to be a great, high quality, mindful and customer focused bank....but this relationship cannot last. Once this bill pay has been returned....if it ever does actually make it into my bank....which is a situation that could have been fixed prior to this getting into such a mess, during any one of my visits to resolve this in June, July, August, September (three phone calls and a visit to the branch), and now.......waiting. It will be interesting how long it will take for my phone call to be answered. You know how much time of my life has been wasted doing this? I crochet each time I am waiting on hold....and have managed to outfit my cats, crochet granny squares pant suits for all my male friends, begin my memoirs, clean house, grow out my hair, paint the entire house, clean out my car......so I guess I am finding ways to use this time....

I completely love this bank! Not only is the staff extremely friendly but since we have been coming here for sometime now, they remember us and always say hey to the kids and even remember everything we do with the account. Its very clean and just an amazing back to bank with!!

Went to 4 other banks today, and kept getting denied a checking account due to ex overdrafting a old account. Finally tried this, hesitant due to other reviews, couldnt be farther from the truth. Lisa was excellent, kind, and very responsive. Already loving this place!

Why do you all make banking so difficult. Why can’t we have a direct phone number to our branches? Why do you make signing up for Apple Pay so difficult? You guys seriously need to get caught up with the times.

Used to be able to walk in and out in less than 5 minutes during non-peak hours. Now I always spend 15 minutes or more. Not uncommon to only see one teller on duty.

I have been with Arizona Federal for years and have had no problems, they are more helpful and do more for you then any other bank would. Great place to go through.

Fix the damn atm machine attached to the building. I deposit money on Sundays because i dont have time any other day and its a hit or miss if that machine works.
