My agent was Christopher White. I called around to other insurance companies and felt like i was talking to emotionless robots, i was calling around and landed upon freeway insurance. From the very start of my phone call was very pleasant. They got me the best rate for me work with me to get the appropriate discounts and even stay late at work because i called right before closing! My agent was Christopher White if you are looking to get insurance ask for him he will take care of you!!!

BEWARE! They charge you for a optional policy called nsd or ad&d travel program. It is your right through department of insurance to deny this coverage after you have accepted the monthly rate. Your policy will not be canceled or denies juat cause you do not want this extra charge. They are not your actual insurance company only the middle man so any claims good luck getting through. Thats why they are called freeway insurance services.

Your are right reviewer I seen them and they charged me for that nsd and I got my money back. If they refuse to give u a refund call department of insurance it is your right to be refunded for the extra charge you did not want thanks I hope this is helpful and the unknown buyer gets their refund.
