have been trying all day to fax proof of my insurance to this company, per instructions of my insurance company. fax kicked back to me this whole time and i am currently faxing it again. i called them to see if i can just email it to them, lady says they are not allowed to have emails! (in 2017? come on...Really!) i told the lady that i am at work and none of this stuff should have happened due to the fact that i have insurance, i said i cant spend my whole day doing this, she says well you can put it in the mail. i said so what? you guys can report to my credit while it is in the mail? worst customer service ever, if you can call it that. very rude and no decency what so ever. kept telling me if i paid my bills none of this would be happening. this was not my doing, vancouver radiology sent this to them with no billing to me or my valid insurance. btw, my insurance is united health, one of the biggest insurance companies in the country!!

Quite possible the worst company I have ever had to deal with. For the sake of brevity I will do this in list form. 1. Never returns calls 2. Makes no attempt to collect before going to court 3. Will not issue receipts for payments made 4. Will not honor agreements after they have been made 5. Different employees will tell you different things and when you catch them in a lie they say its policy This company is so remarkably shady and unethical it became necessary to file complaints with the BBB and the WA attorneys general office. If you have the misfortune of having to deal with these scam artists make sure you write everything down when ever you have any dealings with them and try to get everything in writing. Also if possible try to do it in person at their offices as it is the only way to get them to deal with you.

I owe quit a bit of money to these guys due to all my court fines i had from the past. From day one of working with them on getting them paid ive never had an issue. They want to get paid as much as we would if money was owed to us. If you are working with these people and keeping in contact you will not have an issue with them what so ever. Everytime i have called to speak with somebody i get helped in a timely matter and they take good care of me. I give 5 stars and just to get this out there, you should be lucky you are dealing with Dynamik vs somebody else because most other places will take you to court and sue you wether it be 100 to 10,000 dollars..

I would not even give then a 1 star. Hire them over a year ago to collect a judgement from Small Claims Court. Good Bankruptcy attorney I know referred them so I called him back to let him know after 1 full year they NEVER call me to tell me one thing. It is 100% me calling them and Rick in charge of my case NEVER calls me back either. Amazing anyone is dumb enough to want this company to do a thing for them. So now I have to file a Vacate of Judgement to get a good company!!! If they collect a dime for you your special!!!

They told me I had a ticket bedding to be paid, for almost a year after I had already explained I paid the ticket for almost a year. No one there stated they could not only see my pymnt but that it was a late fee and interest. When I was finally explained this information I was beyond upset. I would have paid that a long time ago, but they wanted the interest to build up. I will be calling the BBB and writing to their President in top of going to the court and getting an attorney

HORRIBLE PLACE. I WAS TOLD THREE DIFFERENT THINGS BY THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE. THEY ACT LIKE THEY DONT WANT YOUR MONEY. I HAVE SPENT 15 MINUTES ON HOLD JUST WAITING TO GIVE THEM A PAYMENT AND I AM CURRENTLY ON HOLD AND WAITING. Back went to the court house to pay them in full witch is about $3000 the court house said they refused to pull them out of collections I later found out that because a judge has stakes in this company they want 11,000 to settle this just to get his lic. Back this is bullshit

They are the worst! literally sat on the phone being transferred to like 10 different people. They told me different things on what I could do. They got my name wrong each time, and it took about 45 minutes to do a $50 payment. they should be charged for time wasted!

Dynamic Collectors violated the FDCPA. They have been reported to the FTC and the Washington State Attorney General Office. I have also sent them a Cease and Desist letter and they are still calling my number.

Unless they have updated their practices, Dynamic Collectors are devious. They will agree verbally almost on anything, but have always not delivered. Be wary and do not trust them.
