My experience was Very Poor. I went to them to purchase a X-Box 360, but before buying my Fiancee and I asked about their guarantee on the item working several times if it had been tested and All 3 individuals told us that they completely checked out the system and the controller and everything works great. Upon returning home I hooked it up and the controller Does Not look up or down. I called them and went back, when I got there they told me all they could do is wait til they get another one and that they would call me and then I could buy it and I can keep the one that does not work. ( they cost $15.00-$30.00) They Will Not Replace the broken controller they insist that I keep the broken one and buy another one. I noticed in their description they referenced the Patron Saint of Pawn Brokers, Saint Nicholas, who also happens to be the Patron Saint of Repentant Thieves. So in All Their Business Does Not Represent Saint Nicholas in Any Way. DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. ****The Centralia Pawn Shop on Main St. is THE BEST, I have never had Any Problems with them, SO GO THERE.!!

I have gave this place several chances. But they have horrible customer service. I was not greeted when i came into the store. I waited around the store for 10 plus minutes to look at something that was locked up. I gave up and left and when to a different pawn shop. Another time the lowballed me on several of my items. I understand they need to make a $ too. But not rip people off.

The bald headed guy that works there rude & disrespectful customers & smell like poop and looks like a sexual predator the way he looks at women and kids watch his eyes even watched him rip off a father & his children put his cheap ass in place . told him have a wonderful day and I leave you a great review scumbag .
