Eric saved the day with my parents. They had two claims within 2 years and American Family cancelled them. They were with American Family for over 25 years. We were referred to Eric from a collegue. He was the only agent that uncovered the proverbial stone and was able to write my parents a home insurance policy. He has diligently worked to lower their rates with innovative thinking.
