All I can say, is after dealing with my attitude (over something a new agent did), I must admit, they handled me well. Despite me being very angry and acting crazy over frustration, they never lost their cool for a second. I believe now, that they got our policy back in order and I am happy with the outcome. We have been with Gary Rope for several years, however, since his retiring, Rick Smith has taken over that location. I hope to continue several more years with State Farm!!
