Trump Insurance has been handling my boat and homeowners insurance for years. About 2 years ago I was boating in Weeki Wachee when my motor struck an oyster bed causing thousands of dollars in damage to my boat. Trump Insurance not only processed my claim quickly but got me the money for the repair in a timely fashion. So when my father was recently looking for some clarification on his homeowners insurance policy I suggested he consult with Trump Insurance. Will Trump personally met with my father at his home on Island Estates and not only provided him with the answers to his questions but was able to deliver the same coverage at a reduced cost to him. Excellent customer service from a first class company.

AVOID - BE CAREFUL I have great deal of BAD experience with this agency which is far from the 5 star "unreal" reviews I have read here. My experience: Trump Insurance is very slow to provide service but very quick to take your money. I have not received good insurance coverage and actually I suffered a great deal of financial DAMAGE because of their incompetence. As a business, you should look for an insurance agency that can truly advise, care and protect your interests which Trump insurance, William and AJ CAN NOT provide the proper insurance advice. The way they took my money and avoid my calls feels like a FRAUD.

I have been a client of Trump Insurance for 8 years now and they continue to offer stellar customer service and rates that beat out all other agencies. Trump and his team not only seem to continue to get my rates lower and lower each year but when my home was broken into they were the first ones I called and got me an immediate refund for all of my belongings and when I was in a car accident they were able to assist me with insurance and legal questions and getting all parties compensated. I send all of my family and friends to TRUMP and they are all more than pleased with there service.

When I bought a new truck I called around to the major auto insurance companies for a quote. But after totaling my last truck every company wanted me to pay a really high rate. But then I gave my friends over at Trump insurance a call. Nick treated me like family. He got me an auto policy that night despite the fact that I called after hours and still saved me almost $2000 over six months compared to what some other companies quoted me. If you want to save money and be treated like a person instead of a number I suggest you give Nick, Will or AJ at Trump Insurance a call.

If you are needing home or auto insurance look no further. Will and his staff truly are there to help their clients. We shopped around for auto quotes and decided to turn it over to Trump Insurance and they were able to save us almost $100 a month and got better coverage! Shortly after I decided to have Will find me a new homeowners policy and with his help my premium was cut in half and once again with better coverage. Without a doubt the only company that will ever handle my insurance needs!

I cannot recommend Trump Insurance enough, in fact, I have been recommending them to my family and friends for years! I was tired of dealing with larger companies that made me feel like I was just a number. AJ Trump went above and beyond to find me the best quote available and has always worked with me to lower my rates when my renewal approaches.

Have been insured there for a couple of years only to be ignored by AJ for a couple of weeks and Will is not around. NOT RECOMMENDED to insure your family. When I had a claim, it took weeks to get it resolved because they forgot to include original parts in my insurance. No idea how real are the "positive" reviews here.
