DONT WORK HERE... especially if your hired through an employment agency. They will tell you whatever to get you to work there and will put you in a training room with 20 other people, all hired by employment agencies to get you process so they can get caught up and kick you out the back door. This place has horrible business practices and are being investigated from the attorney generals office in NY. The VP of HR, Sarah wont remember your name after the interview, upper management have all been there for over 10 years and protect each others jobs, and they are loosing a lot of money to private flood companies....one word...RUN.

Had a flood in August 2015 on my townhouse in Tampa. Wright Flood is contracted with Colonial Claims Corp for adjustments. Colonial claims sent Stu and Connie Whitehurst to estimate damages. They underestimated damages and were difficult to work with. Upon flood insurance policy renewal time, I dropped Wright Flood and signed with a provider that does not use Colonial Claims. Based on experience, I do not recommend Wright National Flood or Colonial Claims Corp.

I had a great experience with Wright Flood. I received all checks (advances, payments) fast and with amounts discussed, or higher, than signed for with my adjuster (who was also awesome). Initially, I received poor information from an individual with Wright Flood regarding a delayed check, however, it was resolved within forty-eight hours. I am very satisfied and impressed with this company and have recommended them to my neighbors.

The best flood insurance underwriters. As an insurance representative, I have many providers to chose from when in need of flood coverage from NFIP. Wright flood is the most competent and knowledgeable in the industry. Plain and simply put, they are the best!
