I used the McKiernan Law Firm in my property damage case and couldn’t be happier with the result. I began the negotiations with the insurance adjustor myself but found him to be uncooperative, antagonistic, and generally unresponsive. At this point I’d resigned myself to the fact that if I was able to recoup any compensation for my damages, it would be nominal. That’s where the McKiernan team stepped in and I do mean team. They assigned a lead attorney but by my count, there were at least four people in the firm all working together to attack the case. They picked up where I left off and not only obtained a settlement for top dollar, but did so quickly saving me time and most importantly the hassle of dealing with an unpleasant task. Their fees were more than reasonable and by the way, other firms were not interested in taking the case at all as they said it was too small and wouldn’t be worth their time and effort. I highly recommend the James McKiernan Lawyers and am certain that I would not have been able to get the settlement that they obtained had I tried to do this by myself—thanks Jim and team!

If you are looking for an amazing team, LOOK NO FURTHER! My attorney Caleb was amazing with a car accident that happened in Texas while I was on vacation with my parents.
